Building Beats is a non-profit organization that develops and runs DJ programs teaching entrepreneurial, leadership and life skills for the youth, and they're bringing their friends to DJ this month too:

Building Beats' co-founder Phi Unit will be joined by Singapore-based label Darker Than Wax, whose focus is on jazz, deep soul, Latin heat, Afro-boogie, dub and reggae.  Also, Banana Magazine —a publication creating a voice for contemporary Asian culture— will share a night with the Building Beats crew.  Finally, Building Beats will team up with Perreo, a Remezclaparty that is carving out a space to hear island industrial club edits, nostalgic reggaeton and selections from the Latinternet.
