Riobamba is newly a member of the Dutty Artz crew and continues as resident at Boston's transnational bass night Picó Picante, which she co-founded in 2011 under the alias Pajaritos with DJ partner Ernesto Morales. The monthly party, now organized between Oxycontinental, Ultratumba, Zo.E.Ling and Riobamba, has become a consistent platform and inclusive community for forward-thinking, globally-minded dance music artists. Picó has been the home to the first Boston appearance of artists like Toy Selectah, Los Rakas, Los Macuanos, and Explosión Negra.

False Witness is a moniker and ongoing project by sound artist, Marco Gomez. False Witness consists of an entertainment personality, a performance element, and installation work. Utilizing electronically produced dance music as a primary medium, False Witness creates musical re/deconstructions of urban styles of music from the Caribbean, Latin America, and beyond. False Witness was first conceived of in 2012; it started as an exploration into blending urban Latin music samples with distortion effects and aggressive styles of dance music. Now, it has evolved into a multidisciplinary sound project.

Maracuyeah <3s: how False Witness gets makes & plays these hybrid club anthems with familiar and warped sounds of America Latina y El Caribe, simultaneously hyperactive & dark, unstoppable energy!
